The Oscars seem to be making up for having no host since 2018. The show remained host-less after Kevin Hart stepped down following controversy back in 2019.
However, they're back with a bang! Regina Hall, Amy Schumer and Wanda Sykes will be the emcees for Hollywood's biggest night.
The 3 comediennes are making history: Never have there been that many women to hold the position in a single night and it's the first time in 35 years since as many as 3 people have hosted.
Director Will Packer (Girls Trip, Ride Along) will be helming this year's show. He released the following statement at the announcement about the hosts on Good Morning America:
"Three of the most dynamic, hilarious women with very different comedic styles" who will bring a distinct flair to the program.
Jimmy Kimmel was the last person to host back in 2018. The 94th Academy Awards will air March 27th on ABC.
