Phaedra Parks shared some peachy new insight with New York Post about her long-awaited return to the Real Housewives reality series.

Parks revealed what viewers can expect from Season 16 of the Real Housewives of Atlanta now that her return is official after a six-season hiatus. #rhoa

“It’s going to be very good,” Parks exclusively told The Post Tuesday after week 2 of Dancing With the Stars. “The new housewives are definitely spicy, and Frick and Frack are back. It’s going to be delicious, gumbo with a lot of spice.”

If you weren't already hip: Frick and Frack is the nickname for herself and her bestie Porsha Williams, who also returned to the cast after departing the show following Season 13.

Earlier this month, Parks got candid on how filming went with Porsha, Drew Sidora, Cynthia Bailey, Shamea Morton Mwangi and newbies Brittany Eady, Kelli Ferrell and Angela Oakley.

“It went absolutely awesome,” the reality star told E! News. “I felt like I was back at home. When Frick and Frack is back, honey, it’s gonna be some fun,” Parks teased.

The DWTS contestant is also pleased with the newest cast, which saw longtime stars Kandi Burruss and Kenya Moore depart the show. “Sometimes when the shows have the same cast for so long, people are not being their true selves,” Parks confessed. “So, now, I think bringing back some new energy, it’s gonna shake it up but in a good way. In a positive way.”

Parks confirmed the news back in July with a picture of herself walking off a private plane. “You called. I answered,” Parks wrote on Instagram at the time, adding a peach emoji.

But before the new season airs, the Traitors alum is enjoying her time in the ballroom as she competes on Season 33 of Dancing With the Stars alongside partner Val Chmerkovskiy.

She believes the key to winning is to keep diet in check, so she's mostly focused on nutrition during the competition. She told Post her favorite protein to eat after a night of dancing is smoked salmon.

"I’m very, very, probably strange with my eating, so when I’m doing competitions or any show like this, I’m very focused on protein, arugula salad. I eat the same thing every single day,” she admitted. “I don’t change meals.”
