McDonald's Announces Partnership with Angel Reese

Angel Reese is continuing to rack up those deals and the latest comes from those famous Golden Arches. The WNBA star is the first woman athlete to be featured with a limited edition meal from the fast food giant.
The Chicago Sky player’s meal is named The Angel Reese Special, and includes a bacon Quarter Pounder with cheese, fries, and your choice of drink. Plus , a new barbecue sauce is included that reportedly is inspired by Reese.
The BBQ sauce blends together sweet, savory, and spicy flavors. The collaboration not only marks the first time a female athlete has landed a signature lineup at McDonald's, but also the most recent of the celebrity McDonald's meal collaborations.
“There’s a real connection between McDonald’s and basketball fans. We want to continue to fuel their love for the game and support athletes on and off the court. We’re excited to bring our legacy with basketball culture to a new generation, and partnering with Angel is only the beginning,” said Jennifer “JJ” Healan, Vice President of Marketing, Brand, Content & Culture at McDonald's.
The meal will be available for purchase next month on February 10.
