Just a week after Britney Spears appeared in court to denounce her conservatorship managed by her father Jamie Spears, a judge has denied her request to have him removed as conservator.

According to court documents, Britney wants Bessemer Trust Company of California to be the sole conservator and to suspend her father.
Currently, Bessemer Trust and Jamie Spears have control over estate. Professional conservator Jodi Montgomery has control over her person.
In November, a judge refused to rule on Britney's legal attempts to regain control over her life and end the 13 year old conservatorship. At the time, the judge says she lacked sufficient documentation to free herself.
Britney says, "I don't feel like I can live a full life. … I want this conservatorship to end without having to be evaluated."
She went on to say, "I’ve lied and told the whole world I’m OK and I'm happy. It's a lie. I thought that maybe if I said it enough, I would maybe become happy because I've been in denial. I’ve been in shock. I am traumatized … I’m so angry it’s insane. And I'm depressed."
