The nominations are in for 34th annual awards that honor R&B, soul and hip hop.
H.E.R. leads the noms with 8 including Song of the Year and Album of the Year. Chris Brown and Jazmine Sullivan follow up with 6 nominations.
Maxwell will be presented with the Legend Award, while Ashanti will be given the Lady of Soul Award. The latter has been previously awarded to Jill Scott, Monica and Brandy.
Best friends duo Tisha Campbell and Tichina Arnold are set to host the awards for the 4th year in a row.
The 2021 BET Soul Train Awards will air on November 28th, 201 on BET.
